In a previous federal investigation into the death of Shanquella Robinson, a Charlotte, North Carolina, girl, in Mexico in October, U.S. prosecutors will not pursue costs. In a press release on Wednesday, officers from the U.S. attorney's office for two North Carolina counties made their decision just before the girl's family was scheduled to speak at a televised news convention about the investigation and Robinson's death.
