Patna railway station's TV screens play porn clip for 3 minutes
Patna Railway Play Porn Clip
According to India Today, passengers at Patna railway station on March 19 were surprised when the TV screens installed on the platforms reportedly displayed an adult film rather than the usual advertisements. The incident, according to the report, occurred on platform number 10 around 9.30 a.m. when an alleged pornographic video was shown for almost three minutes on the electronic screen. Surprised commuters contacted the Government Railway Police (GRP) and the Railway Protection Force (RPF) to file a complaint. RPF promptly contacted Dutta Communication, the company tasked with relaying information and advertisements at the screens of railway stations, to put an end to the apparent accidental screening.
The railroads are said to have placed the company on a blacklist, and an FIR has been filed, stating that the contract with Dutta Communication will be terminated and that a fine will be imposed.
"We have started the process of canceling the contract and launched an investigation into the incident. We have filed a complaint with the authorities at the company. The incident is intolerable. MoneyControl cited Prabhat Kumar, the official spokesperson for the DRM office in Danapur, as saying, "We will blacklist this company." Reoprts also assert that the railway authorities have launched a separate investigation into the matter and have begun a search for the station operator, who subsequently fled the scene.
