According to the court papers, Jane Doe claims that she was only 13 when she was at the party. Three videos of her were taken, including one in which she was performing oral sex on Anderson, who was 21 at the time, while Tekashi, who was 18 at the time, thrust his pelvis behind her and slapped her butt.

According to court documents, a second video showed her lying naked on Tekashi and Anderson's laps while Anderson "rubbed her legs and vagina in a sexually explicit and demeaning manner." The third video showed her sitting on Tekashi's lap in her bra and underwear while Anderson poured clear liquid on her and grabbed her breasts.

Tekashi — whose genuine name is Daniel Hernandez — took a darling request bargain for the episode that year. He was given juvenile offender status in order to clean up his criminal record, and he was given a four-year probation sentence and 1,000 hours of community service in 2018.

According to the suit, "the plaintiff was incapable of consenting to the recording by reason of her age, and being given drugs and alcohol which caused her to be in an impaired mental state without her knowledge, permission, or consent."

And, surprisingly, more, "As a globally known rap and hip bounce craftsman and entertainer, litigant Hernandez transferred [the videos] onto different virtual entertainment accounts on the web with the aim and assumption that great many individuals would see the recordings," the court papers guarantee.
